For this session we propose 3 activities:

1. Record a 1-minute video in which you explain who you are, what your entity does and what the project you are going to work on consists of. Keep in mind that it cannot be more than 30 Mb.
2. Download the PESTEL Analysis template and complete it with the information regarding your project
3. Download the Stakeholder Map template and fill it out with your project information.
