Seminário Internacional MedTOWN de Economia Social e Solidária

O MedTOWN é uma iniciativa de inovação social, que visa reforçar o papel da Economia Social e Solidária (ESS) na coprodução de bens públicos com redes e comunidades locais, através da investigação e experimentação. A coprodução busca capacitar as pessoas para alcançar resultados de bem-estar em um nível individual e de serviço, envolvendo-as no design e na operação dos serviços. A MedTOWN adota o uso de inovações sociais como moedas complementares e promove o papel de empresas sociais, cooperativas, serviços liderados por usuários e outras formas de ESS como tipos de organizações que se prestam bem à aplicação dos princípios de coprodução porque geralmente são democráticas organizações associativas.

O evento visa maximizar as sinergias entre os projetos inovadores com foco no ENI CBC MED SSE e estabelecer parâmetros de referência comuns para avaliar os desafios e os limites da experimentação social e oferecer um espaço de reflexões críticas e debates.

The Seminar will focus on knowledge acquired by social innovation projects with the capacity to transform the way in which the public administration and SSE entities relate to each other.
