The MedTOWN capacity building programme wants to be an up to date, dynamic, fresh and inspiring process that motivates participants to follow a transformational pathway for the strengthening of their abilities and skills in developing new social-economic structures that respond to human needs in their territories considering the environment where they exist, thus, not threatening and promoting human wellbeing within nature’s limits.

Η ανάπτυξη ικανοτήτων του MedTOWN θέλει να είναι ένα σύγχρονο πρόγραμμα, δυναμική, φρέσκια και εμπνευσμένη διαδικασία που παρακινεί τους συμμετέχοντες να ακολουθήσουν μια μετασχηματιστική πορεία για την την ενίσχυση των ικανοτήτων και των δεξιοτήτων τους για την ανάπτυξη νέων κοινωνικοοικονομικών δομών που ανταποκρίνονται στις ανθρώπινες στις ανάγκες των περιοχών τους, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το περιβάλλον όπου υπάρχουν, ως εκ τούτου, δεν απειλούν και προάγουν την ανθρώπινη ευημερία του ανθρώπου εντός των ορίων της φύσης.

لقياس تأثيرنا على الكوكب، حيث نسأل أنفسنا كيف نلبي الاحتياجات البشرية الأساسية من منظور بيئي-اجتماعي حيث سيتم الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية:

• ماذاتعني المرونة (تلبية الاحتياجات وخلق الاستدامة في نفس الوقت) ولماذا هي مهمة؟
• ما هي احتياجات التنمية البشرية المستدامة وكيف يتم إشباعها؟f

المشاركة في إنتاج السياسات الاجتماعية مع الجهات الفاعلة في اقتصاد التضامن الاجتماعي لمكافحة الفقر وعدم المساواة والاستبعاد الاجتماعي.
