We are going to divide the work on the interested parties into 4 parts:

1. Indicates which are the interested parties of the project or service, identifying all of them according to their nature and typology.
2. Prioritize the different groups of interested parties to be able to focus and put effort on those that are most important to the project and therefore you have to give more value and importance in the relationship with them.
3. Identify what they are contributing and what each one is receiving from being an inserted part of the project or service. In this way you can be clear about the relationship of each of them and the benefits and contributions to the project and service.
4. Design and identify the working mechanisms and methodologies with each one of them, both for what we offer you and for collecting your input or contributions to the project or service.
