5.- PRACTICES

In this session we are going to start developing your project file. To do this, we suggest you complete the following sections:

• Project name: Give an attractive title to the project, where a word or phrase attracts to know more.
• Context analysis and diagnosis. indicate which is the ecosystem where it will be developed, what is happening and what is the need that makes your project relevant.
• Direct beneficiaries and alliances: clearly identifies direct beneficiaries, mainly final clients or beneficiaries, but also indicates other parties that are important to the project, collaborations and alliances mainly.
• Purpose of the project: describes the impact that will be generated with the project and the justification that motivates working to generate that change.
